TrakNOW new release supports unlimited allergens

Users can now track additional allergens, plus intolerance’s, additives and flavorings.

The TrakNOW team is excited to share that many of our users are thrilled with the new “unlimited allergens” feature that was included in our latest version release. They are already taking full advantage of the new feature by adding the less common food allergens, such as corn and melons, to the existing list of the top eight allergens.

Users are most excited to have the flexibility with this feature to add other food intolerance’s, such as lactose and gluten, and food additives like artificial coloring’s, such as red (carmine), and flavorings, such as MSG and Nitrates.These food allergen/intolerance flags, and abbreviations, are carried throughout the system from items to recipes to menus to production records and many other reports.
