We are very pleased to report that for the months of August and September, our busiest months of the year, our customers gave PCS Support a very high “Customer Satisfaction” rating. The support team performed in an outstanding fashion resolving customer issues and assisting customers to get the year going on the right foot.

In addition, there were fewer calls during August and September this year than last year, even though this year we have more customers. Our emphasis on pro-active support through the use of video and live webinars is paying off to everyone’s benefit.
