TrakNOW new release supports unlimited allergens

Users can now track additional allergens, plus intolerance’s, additives and flavorings.

The TrakNOW team is excited to share that many of our users are thrilled with the new “unlimited allergens” feature that was included in our latest version release. They are already taking full advantage of the new feature by adding the less common food allergens, such as corn and melons, to the existing list of the top eight allergens.

TrakNOW AllergensUsers are most excited to have the flexibility with this feature to add other food intolerance’s, such as lactose and gluten, and food additives like artificial coloring’s, such as red (carmine), and flavorings, such as MSG and Nitrates. These food allergen/intolerance flags, and abbreviations, are carried throughout the system from items to recipes to menus to production records and many other reports. To find out more about this exciting new feature contact your TrakNOW Implementation Specialist.

Introducing Our New Regional Sales Director

BhaumikWe would like to welcome Bhaumik Thaker to his new position as Regional Sales Director and Account Representative for Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut.

“B” as we affectionately call him, brings a tremendous amount of experience to his new position, which his customers will find most valuable moving forward. He started with PCS seven years ago as a junior support technician, then serving as a support supervisor, team leader, and most recently performing Quality Assurance for the RightNOW central office software development team. Many of you probably have talked to “B” on the support line or met him at one of the SNA conferences. He is looking forward to getting reacquainted with many of you, as well as meeting new customers. Congratulations to Bhaumik on his new position!
